(1) This Order may be cited as the North Hampshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996, and shall come into force on 1st August 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the North and Mid Hampshire Health Authority established on 1st April 1996 ;
“the old Authority” means the North and Mid Hampshire Health Authority established on 1st April 1994 and abolished on 1st April 1996 ;
“the Trust” means the North Hampshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified, as trust property which is to be transferred to the Trust, in a schedule prepared by and agreed upon by the old Authority and the Trust on 21st December 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the old Authority and the Trust.
