Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Pathfinder National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996, and shall come into force on 1st August 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth Health Authority established on 1st April 1996 ;
“the old Authority” means the Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth Health Authority established on 1st April 1994 and abolished on 1st April 1996 );
“the Trust” means the Pathfinder National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the old Authority and the Trust on 29th February 1996, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the old Authority and the Trust.
