Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 1) Order 1996 and shall come into force on the 6th July 1996.

The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 1) Order 1996
Section 2Identification of site and designation of restricted area
(1) The site where the vessel lies or is supposed to lie and in respect of which this Order is made is in position Latitude 53° 23.78" North, Longitude 03° 33.18" West.
(2) The area within a distance of 300 metres of that position shall be a restricted area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.
