Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Beef (Emergency Control) (Revocation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 5th July 1996.

Section 2Revocation

The following Orders are hereby revoked—
(a) the Beef (Emergency Control) Order 1996 ;
(b) the Beef (Emergency Control) (Amendment) Order 1996 ;
(c) the Beef (Emergency Control) (Amendment) ( No. 2) Order 1996 ; and
(d) the Beef (Emergency Control) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1996 .
