Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Sex Discrimination (Geoffrey Simpson Bequest Modification) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st August 1996.

The Sex Discrimination (Geoffrey Simpson Bequest Modification) Order 1996
Section 2
The educational endowment constituted by clause (Three) of the Settlement of Geoffrey Simpson dated 16th October 1981 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 17th August 1982 shall be modified by substituting in the said clause (Three) for the words “in each alternate year for the benefit and behoof of the Head Boy and Head Girl of the said School alternately” the words “in each year in equal shares for the benefit and behoof of the Head Boy and Head Girl of the said School”.
