Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 3) Rules 1996 and shall come into force on 1st August 1996 immediately after the Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1996 .

Section 2

The following shall be substituted for rule 2.70(1)(a) of the Family Proceedings Rules 1991 :

(a) regulation 6 of and Schedule 2 to the Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1986 ;
