Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Nottingham Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) (No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 13th August 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the special trustees” means the special trustees for Nottingham University Hospitals;
“the Trust” means the Nottingham Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the special trustees and the Trust on 31st July 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the special trustees and the Trust.
