Section 1

This Order may be cited as the A21 Trunk Road (Lamberhurst Bypass Detrunking) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st August 1996.

In this Order —

The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a classified road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Kent County Council that the new trunk road is open for traffic.
