Section 1Citation, commencement and duration

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Pilot Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 7th October 1996.

(2) These Regulations shall cease to have effect on 4th July 1997.

Section 2Appropriate offices

In the Schedule to the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Pilot Scheme) Regulations 1996 (list of appropriate offices) there shall be inserted, after “Maidstone A ESJ”, the words “Maidstone B ESJ”.
