Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1992 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1996.

Section 2Provisions of the Local Government Act 1992 coming into force on 8th August 1996

The repeals in the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 in Part I of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Act 1992 shall come into force on 8th August 1996.
