This Order may be cited as the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996.

The Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996
Section 2
Section 93(1) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”), so far as it relates to paragraph 10 of Schedule 8 to the Act and is not already in force, shall come into force on 1st August 1996.
Section 3
Section 55(1) to (3) and (7)(b) of the Act shall (so far as not already in force) come into force on 1st August 1996.
