Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Welsh Language Schemes (Public Bodies) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 15th August 1996.

Section 2Specification of public bodies

The persons referred to in the Schedule to this Order are specified for the purposes of Part II of the Welsh Language Act 1993.
