Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Certification of Licensing Scheme for Educational Recording of Broadcasts) (Open University Educational Enterprises Limited) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2

In paragraph 5 of the licensing scheme set out in the Schedule to the Principal Order, there shall be inserted after subparagraph (2)(c) the following:

Under the Licensing Scheme discounted rates below the above tariffs may be negotiated covering large user groups and may form part of Licences agreed to operate for more than one year.
