Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Pollution (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 31st August 1996.

Regulation 7(2)(b) of the Control of Pollution (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) Regulations 1991 (time limit for the exemption for field silage methods in use in the 3 years immediately before 1st March 1991) is hereby revoked.
