Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on September 1996.

Section 2 Abnormal loads

For Parts I and II of the Table to Regulation 2 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (“the 1995 Regulations ”) there shall be substituted the following: —

Section 3 Dangerous goods

In regulation 3 of the 1995 Regulations for the reference to the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 8th edition issued in 1995, there shall be substituted a reference to the 9th edition of that booklet issued in 1996.

Section 4 Removal of statutory vehicles

For the table to regulation 4 of the 1995 Regulations there shall be substituted the following table:
