Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant) (Henrietta Barnett School) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st March 1996.

(2) Any reference in these Regulations to the principal Regulations is a reference to the Education (Grant) (Henrietta Barnett School) Regulations 1994 .

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Regulations

Regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations (payment of grant) shall be amended by the insertion of the words “or other” after the word “legal” in sub-paragraph (a) and by the substitution for the words “written notice dated 18th March 1993 terminating the Henrietta Barnett school’s right to use and occupy” of the words “the Henrietta Barnett school’s use and occupation of”.
