Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1996.
(2) This Order extends to Northern Ireland.

Subsections (1) to (3) of section 4 of the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 shall come into force on 1st September 1996.
