Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 31st August 1996.

Section 2

(1) Article 4(10) of the Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) Order 1992 ( “the principal Order”) shall be revoked and the condition that the Hackney Sixth Form Centre, Cassland Road, E9 shall be disposed of and the proceeds of sale dealt with as required by Article 4(9) of that Order, if the former Shoreditch School and Site is brought into use as specified in Article 4(6A) of that Order, shall not apply.

(2) The words “or (10)” in article 4(4) of the principal Order shall be revoked.
