Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Closure of Prisons (H.M. Prison Oxford) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 7th September 1996.

Section 2

The prison known as H.M. Prison Oxford and situate in the county of Oxfordshire shall close on the coming into force of this Order.
