Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as the A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995 (Amendment No. 1) Order 1996, and shall come into force on 13th February 1996.

Section 2 Amendment

The A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995 shall have effect as follows:

(a) item 14 in Schedule 2C is deleted; and

(b) for items 24 and 25 of Schedule 4 there are substituted the following items—

Section 24 Amendment

Upper Richmond Road West the south side, from the eastern kerb-line of Penrhyn Crescent to a point 23 metres east of the party wall of 385/387 and 398 Upper Richmond Road West.

Section 25 Amendment

Upper Richmond Road West the south side, from a point 3 metres west of the party wall of 367 and 369 Upper Richmond Road West to the party wall of 327 and 329 Upper Richmond Road West.
