Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Exemptions from Animal Test Certificates) (Revocation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 13th September 1996.

Section 2Revocation of the Medicines (Exemptions from Licences and Animal Test Certificates) Order 1986 and the Medicines (Exemptions from Licences and Animal Test Certificates) (Amendment) Order 1991

The Medicines (Exemptions from Licences and Animal Test Certificates) Order 1986 and the Medicines (Exemptions from Licences and Animal Test Certificates) (Amendment) Order 1991 are hereby revoked in so far as they are made under section 35(8)(b) and (9) of the Medicines Act 1968.
