Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (National Curriculum) (Exceptions) (Wales) (Revocation) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st October 1996.

Section 2Revocation of Regulations

The Education (National Curriculum) (Exceptions) (Wales) Regulations 1994 are revoked.
