Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for the Middlesex Hospital (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st October 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the St Peter’s special trustees” means the special trustees for St. Peter’s Hospital;
“the Middlesex special trustees” means the special trustees for the Middlesex Hospital;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the St Peter’s special trustees and the Middlesex special trustees on 16th October 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the St Peter’s special trustees and the Middlesex special trustees.
