Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the South and East Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 5th September 1996.

Section 2Amendment of NHS Trust Establishment Order

In the South and East Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 , for article 4 there shall be substituted—

(4) The trust shall have, in addition to the chairman, four non-executive directors and four executive directors.
