Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 7th October 1996.

Section 2Amendment of article 4 of The Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996

In article 4 of the Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996 (increase above maximum rent) in paragraph (1) for “100.9%” there shall be substituted “101.08%”.
