Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1996.

(2) In this Order “the Act”means the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.

Section 2 Commencement

(1) The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 11th September 1996 —
