Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Community Health Services, Southern Derbyshire National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 8th October 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Southern Derbyshire Health Authority established on 1st April 1996 ;
“the Trust” means the Community Health Services, Southern Derbyshire National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 20th May 1996, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
