Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Solihull Health Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 8th October 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the first Authority” means the Birmingham Health Authority;
“the second Authority” means the Solihull Health Authority;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the former North Birmingham and the former Solihull Health Authorities on 8th November 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both of those Authorities.
