Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Revocation Order 1996 and shall come into force at 12.00 hours on 23rd September 1996.

Section 2Revocation

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1996 is hereby revoked.
