Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Glan Hafren National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Glan Hafren National Health Service Trust established by the Glan Hafren National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
