Section 1Citation and commencement

—This Order may be cited as the Antarctic Act 1994 (Gibraltar) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 15th November 1996.

Section 2Amendment to the principal Order

—The Antarctic Act 1994 (Overseas Territories) Order 1995 shall be amended by adding Gibraltar to the list of territories in Schedule 2 to the Order.
