This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1996.

Section 2
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1996 , the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1993 and the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1993 are revoked.
Section 3
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 is amended by deleting Schedules 1 and 2 and substituting therefor Schedules 1 and 2 which are set out in the Schedule to this Order.
