Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Commissioner (No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 18th November 1996.

Section 2

Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 shall be amended by the insertion in the appropriate place in alphabetical order of the entries “English Sports Council” and “United Kingdom Sports Council”.
