Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Essex Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1996 and shall come into force on 28th October 1996.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 4 of the Essex Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”.
