Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Marketing Development (Limitation) Scheme 1996 and shall come into force on 5th November 1996.

Section 2Limitation on previous Scheme

Applications for the payment of a grant under the Marketing Development Scheme 1994 , received on or after 5th November 1996 from applicants whose principal place of business, as respects the grant for which they would have been eligible, is in England, shall not be accepted.
