Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 12th November 1996.

Section 2Amendment

In Schedule 1 to the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Persons) Order 1992:
(a) after “the Electricity Council” insert “the English Sports Council”; and
(b) after “the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority” insert “the United Kingdom Sports Council”.
