Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 12th November 1996.

Section 2Amendment

In the list of public sector landlords at the end of the form set out in Schedule 1 to the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1986 —
(a) after “Electricity Council” insert “English Sports Council”; and
(b) after “United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority” insert “United Kingdom Sports Council”.
