Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1996 and shall come into force on 9th November 1996.

Section 2

Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 1985 is amended–

(a) by deleting from the list of sports grounds specified there the following name:–

Telford Street Park, Inverness;

and

(b) by inserting at the appropriate place in that list (which is in alphabetical order) the following name:–

Caledonian Stadium, Inverness.
