Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce Quotas (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 7th November 1996.

Section 2 Amendment of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1994

(1) The Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1994 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) below.

(2) In regulation 15 (temporary transfer of quota), for paragraph (3A) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:

(3A) In the quota year commencing on 1st April 1996, the notice described in paragraph (3) shall be submitted to the Intervention Board no later than 31st December 1996.
