Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Cycle Racing on Highways (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1996.

(2) These Regulations shall extend to Scotland only.

Section 2Amendment of the Cycle Racing on Highways (Scotland) Regulations 1960

Regulation 5(1)(a)(i) of The Cycle Racing on Highways (Scotland) Regulations 1960 shall be amended by substituting “80” for “60”.
