Section 1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Chemical Weapons (Notification) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 31st October 1996.

Section 2Amendment

In regulation 1 of the Chemical Weapons (Notification) Regulations 1996 after “1996” there shall be inserted “and shall come into force on 1st November 1996”.
