Section 1Citation, commencement and extent
(1) This Order may be cited as the Bosnia and Herzegovina (High Representative) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 18th March 1996.
(2) This Order shall extend to the United Kingdom.

Section 2Interpretation
In this Order “High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina” means the High Representative referred to in Annex 10 to the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, signed at Paris on 14th December 1995 .
Section 3High Representative
The High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina shall have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
