Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st March 1996.

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1996
Section 2
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) ( No. 3) Order 1995 and the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 4) Order 1995 are revoked.
Section 3
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 is amended by deleting Schedule 2 and substituting therefor the Schedule at Schedule A to this Order.
Section 4
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1993 is amended by deleting the Schedule and substituting therefor the Schedule at Schedule B to this Order.
