Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (Commencement No 2 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 1996.

(2) In this Order “the second commencement order” means the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (Commencement No.2 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1996 .

Section 2Amendment of the second commencement order

In the Table of repeals in the Schedule to the second commencement order, the entry relating to the Trusts (Scotland) Act 1921 shall be omitted.
