Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Travel Concession Schemes (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st December 1996.

Section 2 Amendment of the Travel Concession Schemes Regulations 1986

(1) The Travel Concession Schemes Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 27 (content of notices) for the words “the notices mentioned in regulation 32” there shall be substituted “notices given under section 98(4) or 99(3) of the Act”.

(3) In Schedule 1 (particulars to be contained in certain notices) for paragraph 3 there shall be substituted the following paragraph —

(3) The route number or name (if any) and the registration number allocated by the traffic commissioner of each service to which the notice relates.
