Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Electricity Act 1989 (Disclosure of Information) (Licence Holders) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st December 1996.

The Electricity Act 1989 (Disclosure of Information) (Licence Holders) Order 1996
Section 2
Subsection (2) of section 57 of the Electricity Act 1989 shall have effect subject to the following modification, that is to say, after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted the following paragraph–
(aa) for the purpose of enabling a licence holder to comply with a condition of his licence under or by virtue of which he is required to disclose the information to another licence holder;.
