Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Dorset Health Authority (Transfers of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 25th November 1996.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means Dorset Health Authority;

“the trust property” means the property held by the Authority, known as the Former South and West Regional Health Authority Trust Fund which was transferred to the Authority on 1st April 1996 by article 2(7)(b) of the Regional Health Authorities (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 .

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 25th November 1996 there shall be transferred from the Authority to each of the bodies specified in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order such proportion of the trust property as is specified in column (2) of that Schedule in relation to that body.
