Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Eastbourne and County Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 25th November 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Eastbourne Hospitals National Health Service Trust and the Eastbourne and County Healthcare National Health Service Trust on 30th September 1996, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both NHS trusts.
