Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Trade Descriptions (Place of Production) (Marking) (Revocation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 9th December 1996.

Section 2

The Trade Descriptions (Place of Production) (Marking) Order 1988 is hereby revoked.
