Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Percentage of Television Multiplex Revenue) Order 1996.

Section 2

No percentage of multiplex revenue shall be specified under paragraph (f) of section 7(1) of the Broadcasting Act 1996 in relation to any notice published by the Commission in pursuance of that section while this Order is in force.

Section 3

This Order shall come into force on 20th November 1996 and shall cease to have effect on 30th September 2002.
